• What Frida is. An AI assistant that makes phone calls and sends messages on your instruction. Frida acts within the rules you set in WhatsApp. You are responsible for the instructions you give.
• Bookings and agreements. Frida reports what a business agreed to. Businesses can make mistakes or cancel; check the confirmation before relying on it. Frida never commits you to payment.
• Acceptable use. No harassment, no impersonating a real person, no calls that would be unlawful for you to make yourself. We block numbers and accounts that breach this.
• Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly after any trial and can be cancelled any time by messaging "billing". No refunds for partial months.
• Availability. Frida is provided as is. We aim for high availability but calls can fail for reasons outside our control (busy lines, voicemail, carrier issues).
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.
• Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
